Music doesnt work, no support

On iOS 10, on two different devices, no music accompanied gameplay. Checked and toggled Music setting to no effect. Attempted to contact developer, but their support link says their support desk account has expired.

Very disappointed, because the gameplay is great, but without the music, the game is not interesting and not what I paid for
